DLRPos is a payment platform for US auto dealerships. Take a card at the counter, on a payment terminal in the service lane, or send the customer a secure link so they can pay their repair order from their own phone — with the payment posted back to your DMS.

What DLRPos does

A dealership's service, parts, and sales departments all take payments, usually across several counters and locations, and each one has to be reconciled against the repair order or invoice it belongs to. DLRPos is the point-of-sale layer that handles that work.

Virtual Terminal

Look up a repair order, confirm the amount, and take payment by card, cash, or check from one screen — with the operator, station, and location recorded on every transaction.

Card terminals

Send the sale straight to a card reader in the lane. The customer taps, inserts, or swipes on the device; the result comes back to the same screen.

Pay by link

Email or text the customer a secure link to pay their balance from their own phone, for vehicles picked up after hours or paid for by someone who isn't present.

DMS integration

Pull the repair order from the dealership's DMS and write the payment back to it, so the ticket closes without anyone rekeying an amount.

Receipts

Print a receipt, or send it to the customer by email or text once the payment completes.

Reporting and reconciliation

Transaction history, daily reporting, and cash drops across every location and workstation in the group.

How payments are handled

DLRPos does not process card payments itself. Each dealership connects its own merchant account with a payment gateway, and DLRPos routes that dealership's transactions through it. Supported processors include NMI and iPOSpays (Dejavoo), covering both card-present terminals and card-not-present payments.

Card details are entered directly into fields hosted by the payment gateway, or captured on the payment terminal itself. Full card numbers are never stored on DLRPos servers. Funds settle from the gateway to the dealership's own merchant account — DLRPos is never in the flow of funds.

Availability depends on the dealership's DMS agreement and the certifications required by each provider. Dealerships without a connected DMS can enter repair order details manually.

Who it's for

Franchise and independent auto dealerships in the United States — single rooftops and multi-location groups. Each dealership account is configured separately, with its own merchant account, locations, workstations, terminals, and staff permissions.
